Become a Member
By joining as a member, you help strengthen our communities actions towards the climate crisis and making an impact in our small but mighty town. Together with our active members we continue to strengthen and support the society’s mission as we have since 2009.
Proceeds from Squamish CAN memberships support you as members and meet our legislative requirements – holding Annual General Meetings (held in May), producing annual reports, advocating for policy change, coordinating member benefits and events, resource development, etc.

A Vote: Vote on critical Squamish CAN changes, and elect directors.

Eligibility
Anyone can become a member! You can be as involved or hands-off as you like. Your membership helps support our work to make the Squamish climate more resilient.
Membership Types & Cost
Individual Members $20 (annual)
Family Members $30 (annual)*
Business Members $50 (annual)
Students/Seniors $15 (Annual)**
*Couples, More than one-person household. **Students under 25 and seniors 65+
Membership period runs May 1st to April 31st. Renewal is one year from the date of purchase.
If you would like to become a monthly donor or add additional donations, you can do so by adding to your annual membership fee.
We are unable to provide an official tax-deductible receipt for your donation at this time, but we are working on our charity status.
